Assistant Coordinator - Motion Graphics

Job Context

Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is inviting applications from Bangladeshi nationals for the position of Assistant Coordinator - Motion Graphics, to be recruited for its new project titled, Participatory Action against Corruption: Towards Transparency and Accountability (PACTA) (upto December 2026). Upon joining, the incumbent will be regarded as a member of the team for TIB’s core project and will remain reportable to the Coordinator – Outreach and Communication.


Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and produce creative concepts for communication materials, publications, the web/social media, and outreach campaigns, ensuring consistency and continuity throughout the process.
• Translate complex topics and social media advocacy objectives into effective visual storytelling through motion graphics.
• Work with other team members to develop best in class creative solutions, streamlined motion design processes and strategic expansion.
• Apply typography treatments and motion graphics design/development/execution
• Design concepts for the branding and visual identity of communication products/campaigns, according to organisational rules and guidelines.
• Develop visual identities for use in a broad range of communication materials (Web banners or infographics, videos, animations, posters, banners and roll-ups, publications (flyers, books, pamphlets, booklets, leaflets, etc.).
• Develop cross platform video advocacy products and deliver channel enhancement through social data monitoring.
• Assist in the implementation of various outreach and communication events, such as youth engagement activities.
• Support in the preparation of annual work plans, budget, and monitoring work.
• Provide support to administrative and logistical activities of the division; and
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the organisation.

Special Instruction


Academic Qualification

• A Master’s degree with Honours in fine arts/motion graphics or in a relevant field or
• A combination of a graduation degree and professional certification in Motion graphics.
• Candidates with a third division or a GPA below 2 in SSC/HSC or a CGPA below 2.5 as applicable, are not considered to meet the necessary requirements.

Other Qualification

• At least 6 years of experience in professional motion graphics design, preferably in Television/digital platforms/ production houses/agencies etc.
• Mastery of 2D/3D Animation, Arts and graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Maya/Cinema 4D/Blender.
• Working knowledge in editing software Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Edius9 or the latest version/s.
• A clear understanding of Design Principals, Colour Theory and knowledge in colour correction software like Smoke/ Flame etc.

• Experience in Kinetic Typography, Digital Illustration, and using AI generate platforms like- Firefly/Midjourney.
• Mastery of easy storytelling techniques and complex data presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with a highly creative team and openness to constructive feedback.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights and weekends, as required to cover assignments.
• Self-motivation and orientation towards set goals, demonstrating accountability, initiative, creativity and focus in a rapidly changing and intellectually stimulating environment.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment and to solve problems creatively and jointly, as appropriate.
