Research Assistant (Short Term)

Job Context


Responsibilities

Transcribe data from video recordings and entry into a specified data entry format (both qualitative and quantitative data)
Assist in checking and cross-checking the collected data
Assist in compiling, cleaning and editing data
Monitor activities of interns to ensure data quality
Assist in conducting key informant interviews and transcribing the interviews
Carry out need-based tasks as assigned by the Lead Researchers.

Academic Qualification

Must have a Master’s degree with Honours in Social Science (Political Science, Public Administration, Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work and other relevant subjects)
Computer skill in MS Office, MS Excel and Bangla typing
Should be able to work under pressure.
