Job Context
Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is inviting applications for appointment on contract basis for the position of Research Assistant (Short-term) under the Research & Policy Division for the "Parliament Watch" study, to be conducted under the project titled PACTA.
Responsibilities
• Transcribe data from video records and do entry into data entry format (Both qualitative and quantitative data)• Assist to check and cross-check the collected data
• Assist to compile, clean and edit data
• Carry out need-based tasks as assigned by the researchers.
Special Instruction
Academic Qualification
• Must have a Master’s degree with Honours in Social Science and other relevant disciplines• Candidates with a third division or a GPA below 2 in SSC/HSC or a CGPA below 2.5 as applicable are not considered to meet the necessary requirements.
Other Qualification
• Computer skill in MS Office, MS Excel and Bangla typing• Working experience in Parliament related study is preferable.
